Open Positions:

Utility/New Account/Customer Service Specialist (San Ramon Location)
We are seeking talented, customer service minded individuals interested in a position with an employee orientated community bank.

Responsibilities include opening new accounts, handling teller transactions and various operational duties while consistently providing exceptional service to our commercial customers.

Job Qualifications:

  • Overall knowledge of New Account procedures and Regulations-1 year minimum
  • Cash handling experience-2 years minimum
  • General knowledge of all Regulatory and Compliance issues
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to learn, understand and utilize bank client database software
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer service oriented
  • Cheerful and enthusiastic disposition
